Shipping & Returns
All products sold on the website are personalised and/or digital content, and therefore under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, your right to cancel your order once a payment has been made is lost. Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
We do not accept returns for any products unless the product is faulty, or has been damaged in transit. If you placed an order via our call centre, and you have a complaint regarding your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We can ship to virtually any address in the world although, please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
