Performance artist Tom Frere at York Castle Museum set for their summer programme of events reflecting the incredible Summer Galas that took place in Victorian York. The Victorian Street, Kirkgate, has been transform into a summer scene from nineteenth century York, with beautiful floral displays bunting and a range of performances set to take place.
