The old Royal Navy Rum Store, a 150-year-old Grade II listed building, is due to be transformed into a mixed-use development with businesses and shops. Over 100 jobs are set to be created, with £22m worth of government funding being allocated to renovate the dilapidated site at Victoria Quay in Weevil Lane, Gosport.
