Julie McGlough, wellness manager at Buckshaw Retirement Village, Chorley, with some of the 1215 crafted poppies which have been knitted, crochet or made from felt and paper, created by residents, local groups and members of the community. They will be displayed outside along the bowling green to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the Normandy Landings, part of the D-Day celebrations. LEP-240406
