Sean Wilkes' mum Liz, of Burnley, faces around £18,000 in legal bills following the SSB Law scandal. She put in a cavity wall claim on a "no win, no fee" basis but SSB Law went bust meaning ordinary working people like Liz are being lumped with thousands of pounds in legal fees.
