WIGAN - 15-11-23 These are the scenes as a car was recovered from the water at Orrell Water Park, Orrell, Wigan, The car entered the water around 10am Saturday November 11, a 69-year-old, who couldn’t swim, managed to get out of the almost completely submerged vehicle and climb onto its roof after the accident at Orrell Water Park.
