WIGAN 20-03-23 Wigan artists have collaborated to produce a magnificent art exhibition, Paper Birds, a culmination of a 12-month project with artists working with members of the community, made possible with National Lottery Community funding, organised by Wigan-based arts organisation Healthy Arts. The centerpiece of the project will be 1,000 origami paper cranes, each with haiku poetry attached
