WIGAN - 08-12-22 Creative directors Joe Mitchinson, left, and Ryan Connor, right, have set up a multi-functional studio for people to hire for photography shoots, filming and green-screen streaming in the historic Wigan Hall. They, along with Scott Wilson, have also set up their own media production company Voxy Media House.
