WIGAN - 24-10-22 Local resident Dave Culshaw, is angry at the propsed plans to demolish the railway bridge on Ladies Lane, Hindley - there are plans for the bridge to be demolished and the road closed for four-months, this will impact on pedestrians, train users, motorists local businesses and the local community.
