WIGAN - 28-07-22 Wigan borough s newest cinema, Leigh Film Factory, is an independent cinema based in the historic Leigh Spinners Mill. After a two year delay the 110 seat independent cinema is ready to open the doors in August bank holiday weekend. Kevin Lowe has built the bar and ticket office from reclaimed wood.
