WIGAN - 07-06-22 Mark Harrison at Wigan Cycle Project, based at Hindley Business Centre. He collects unwanted bikes which people are throwing away, refurbishes them and sells them at low cost. He s hoping to set up a CIC, get volunteers and local businesses involved.
