Pictured Leeds-based Jono Hawthorne a Masterchef: The Professionals 2020 finalist and owner of Vice and Virtue in Leeds taking part in a cooking display for visitors at the festival, where he created one of his signature dishes Bone Marrow Creme Brulee, with rhubarb and wild pickled fruits.
