Description
Temple Newsham Conservator Emma Bowron who is cleaning and cataloguing the Georgian library, which was originally built in 1743 and was converted into chapel in the Victorian era. It was then changed back into a library in the 1970s, but still retains the organ. The library books include some from the early 1650’s up to the early 19th century. 31 January. 2022.
