WIGAN - 15-12-21 Barbara O Donnell presented with the Heart of the Community award, she is a volunteer for the Poppy Appeal and for the past 11 years has sold poppies at Tesco Extra, Central Park, Wigan - her son Steven Darbyshire was killed in Afghanistan.
