Whitney, 33, and Andy, 35, Pickup of Knaresborough, near Harrogate, North Yorkshire, have launched a campaign for medical records to be shared by hospital trusts after the death of their daughter Matilda, just nine days old. Matilda, was born with brain damage after an unsuccessful forceps delivery was attempted by doctors at Harrogate District Hospital.
