Liz Dawes is also known as the Forest Guru. Having worked as a solicitor for 11 years she decided she hated corporate life and decided to jack it in. After various trips to India and Brazil she retrained as a forest bather and now helps others immerse themselves in nature by leading guided walks around the Broughton Estate in Skipton. 18 March 2021.
