Alastair Simms refurbishing bourbon whiskey barrels at Jenson s Cooperage based in Ripon, North Yorkshire, Englands only commercial cooperage founded by Christian Jenson, owner of Bermondsey Gin Ltd in London at the end of 2020. Alastair is one of only three master coopers in Endland, the other two also based in North Yorkshire. Picture Tony Johnson
