Date: 24th February 2021. Picture James Hardisty. One of York s most famous landmarks Clifford s Tower positioned in the centre of York, is undergoing a massive change. English Heritage are in the first stage of major restoration, convervation, and improvements of this ancient building the plans are to include new internal walkways, and a new roof deck.
