Seamer and Irton School pupil Greg Pickles sprang a surprise presentation on his lollipop lady Lynne Meggett, with a little help from the Scarborough Evening News, in March 1996. Greg presented the bouquet and certificate to Lynne for recognition of her dedicated service to the community.
