Pic Lisa Ferguson 11 09 2019 PLAYING BY THE RULES A bronze statue of John Rattray, the man responsible for signing the original rules of golf, will be unveiled today, Wednesday 11 th September at 1pm on Leith Links opposite Salamander Place. The larger than life statue has been skilfully crafted by the renowned Scottish sculptor David Annand and will sit on a mound of marram grass on Leith Links
