Television comedy trio The Goodies who were signing copies of their first book The Goodies File in Syd Smith s book shop on Mesnes Road in November 1974. The Goodies, alias Graeme Garden, Bill Oddie and Tim BrookeTaylor were on a nationwide promotional tour.
