Iain Finlay of Silverburn near Penicuik. He is concerned for people s safety due to the speeding traffic that pass by in a 40 mph zone. He has his own speed gun and has been monitoring the speeds that the traffic passes by at, regularly over 50 mph. One vehicle was doing approx 100mph and their car was taken from them at the scene by police. Pic taken 9 10 17
