Academy award-winning film director Oliver Stone pictured with his wife Chong Stone - well known for his masterpiece Born on the Fourth of July - received an honorary degree from the University of Edinburgh at a ceremony in the McEwan Hall. The filmmaker received the degree of Doctor Honoris Causa in recognition of his prominent and politically engaging career in film. Picture Ian Ru
