JP License EDINBURGH FESTIVAL CARNIVAL LAUNCH Over twenty young drummers assembled today, Thursday 25th June to launch the 2015 Edinburgh Festival Carnival. The youngsters, from across Edinburgh s primary schools displayed an explosion of samba rhythm whilst wearing some of costumes that will be paraded at the Carnival on 19th July.
