8. 11. 13 Edinburgh. Fiona Hyslop, Cabinet Secretary for Culture and External Affairs and Janet Archer CEO Creative Scotland were joined by young people taking part in the arts to launch Time to Shine, Scotlands arts strategy for young people 0-25 years. The launch took place at the studios at the Edinburgh Festival Theatre.
