Malala Yousafzai and former prime minister Gordon Brown pictured launched the Global Citizenship Commission at the inaugural meeting held in the McEwan Hall at the University of Edinburgh. Sixteen-year-old education campaigner Malala Yousafzai was the guest of honour at the event where she addressed the Commission.
