17 09 2013, TSPL, Scotsman, Scottish Independence Referendam one year to go, Scottish Borders. The William Wallace Statue situated overlooking the River Tweed at Bemersyde estate near Melrose. The statue was build by David Stuart Erskine the 11th Earl of Buchan.
