Picture by Lesley Martin 14 May 2013 Pictures of Julie Reid and other parents and children outside Newtongrange Library celebrate as the Council have done a U turn as it was earmarked for closure until Julie set up an online and paper petition attracting 2500 signatures which persuaded the Council to keep it open.
