Description
Ellis Norrie Norrel the last surviving crewman from the original launch crew from the Royal Yacht Britannia, hoists aloft to the Aft Arm of the main mast a new Colour of the Association of Royal Yachtsman. Norrie was assisted on board by Albert Dixie Deane who also has served on the Royal Yacht.
