Description
Morningside resident Mary Duncan has a battle on her hands overtime the Jordan Burn gets into a flood condition as her house lies next to the section of the burn that is now culverted. Added to that the only escape route the water course had by gradual means, has been blocked up which means flash flooding is inevitable every time the Jordan Burn runs full flow.
