Description
Keighley, 17th December 1985 Mr. Vernon Smallwood with the rebuilt engine Bellerophon. Mr. Smallwood began a single handed campaign to get the locomotive rebuilt after he saw it in the siding in 1979. Mr. Smallwood, aged 70, moved to a private rest home in Keighley to be near the engine.
