Susan Black who lives by Water of Leith says new flood defence measures being put in place are responsible for her being robbed earlier this week. Council has taken down thick bushes and trees and replaced them with a low wall and flimsy fence. She says this has made her property accessible to thieves. Has complained to council, but they won t budge. Susan has also compalined about the stone use
