Description
The Scottish Critics award went to Dutch film-maker Bert Haanstra BUT was accepted by the Netherlands Consul W O Drummond 2nd right in August 1964. Also in picture l-r are Lord Provost Weatherstone; film critic at the Glasgow Herald, Molly Plowright; and C A Oakley, chairman of the Edinburgh Film Festival.
