Description
Eyes right - men from the King s Own Scottish Borderers regiment file past Edinburgh City Chambers with fixed bayonets, saluting the Lord Provost Eleanor McLaughlin not in picture in March 1989. This was the tricentenary of the regiment, founded in 1689 to protect Edinburgh from the Jacobites.
