Lord Mackay of Clashfern, who clashed with the Wee Free after he attended a Requiem Mass during a Catholic funeral of a friend, speaks to the Press outside the Free Presbyterian Church s synod in Glasgow, November 1988. Lord Mackay went on to form the break-away Associated Presbyterian Churches.
