Now Edinburgh Green MSP Robin Harper, when a Modern Studies teacher at Boroughmuir High School, with his 147-strong tie collection, with which he planned to raise money for charity in March 1988. Pupils are Jennifer Williams 12 and Rose Chapman 12 .
