Description
Coleslaw contaminated with ground glass and grapefruit juice laced with paraquat were discovered at the Cameron Toll Safeway supermarket. A blackmailer sent a demand for 40,000. Safeway supermarket responded by checking every product on its shelves every day throughout the summer of 1987. This sign was outside the Davidson s Mains store.
