Scottish actor Robbie Coltrane joins l-r Labour Candidates Alistair Darling, Mark Lazarowicz, Donald Dewar MP obscured and Nigel Griffiths to release Scottish Labour party balloons during the launch of their General Election campaign in Edinburgh, May 1987. Most of the balloons became trapped in the Princes Street trees.
