Description
The Bass Conqueror, which belonged to Kenneth Kerr who disappeared at sea in October 1980, during his second attempt at the record for the smallest boat to be rowed across the Atlantic single handed. In 1981, after the search for his body was finally abandoned, a wreath ceremony was conducted in the Firth of Forth.
