Description
Mrs Barr helped convict Sandy Crawford, former provost of Falkirk District Council, who was sentenced to three years for fraud at Stirling High Court in June 1980. Elizabeth Barr used a hidden microphone to trap Crawford, who took money on the pretext of easing through her pub licence application.
