Description

Livingston mother Anne-Marie Young planned to sue the American manufacturers of anti-morning sickness drug Debendox, which she claimed caused the deformities in her baby Paul. The makers later paid out millions of dollars after researcher Dr William Mcbride claimed links between the drug and birth defects, but he had falsified his records and was found guilty of medical fraud in 1993.
