Description
Pathologist Walter Spilg at the Dawn Webster Fatal Accident Inquiry at Falkirk Town Hall in January 1980. 18-year-old Dawn s naked body was found at the bottom of an embankment on the Edinburgh-Stirling embankment in September 1979. The inquiry returned two verdicts: cause of death was not known and there was no evidence to justify proceedings against any person.
