PICTURE POST The roof of Victoria Hall inside Halifax Town Hall which consists of 12 panels of stained glass, each having a blue starred dome at it s centre. Halifax Town Hall was designed in the 1840 s by Sir Charles Barry the architect of the Houses of Parliament at a cost of £50,126 and was opend by HRH The Prince of Wales in 1863.
