Church Street junction with Regent Road Blackpool in 1985 The vacant lot was once owned by the Blackpool Bill Posting Company and was used for giant billboards which were set back from the pavement and seperated from it by a patch of grass and tiny iron railings. The site and the company s premises next door were sold to Waldron s builers in 1972. Apartments have recently been built on this site
