Description
Secretary of State for Scotland Malcolm Rifkind with Bill & Ben the Flowerpot Men at the Glasgow Garden Festival site in September 1986. The festival, which was built on the derelict docklands area on the south bank of the River Clyde and opened in April 1988, attracted more than 3 million visitors.
