Description
Junior Scottish minister Michael Ancram, Conservative MP for Edinburgh South right and Scotrail s Chris Green toast the positioning of an electricity mast at Waverley station in April 1985. This was the first part of the planned electrification of the railway lines out of Edinburgh.
