Description
Benazir Bhutto, at the time living in exile in England, came to Glasgow on behalf of the PPP Pakistan People s Party to appeal for the end of General Zia s regime, under which her father was executed. In 1986, Miss Bhutto returned to Pakistan and became her country s Prime Minister in 1988.
