Description
Two members of the Trang family, an 83-year-old grandmother and her grandson, are amongst the first Vietnamese refugees Vietnamese boat people to arrive in Edinburgh in September 1979. The old woman and the child are wearing an International Committee for European Migration ICEM tag.
