Alex Fletcher, Minister for Trade and Education, officially opens the new Mitsubishi Electric factory, manufacturing television sets, at Haddington in December 1979. Also in picture, with tea or possibly sake are managing director Yoshio Noguchi and centre manager Kiyoshi Kishi.
