Description
Paddy Meehan Patrick Meehan was jailed in 1969 for the murder of Rachel Ross but was later released on a Royal Pardon. In 1982, a few hours before Ian Waddell was murdered by a friend, Andrew Gentle, Waddell admitted his part in the murder. Meehan at the High Court in Edinburgh, December 1976.
